normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>   本項目為太長高速太原南收費站（二期）項目南區工程（招標項目編號：I1401000278000562001），已由山西省發展和改革委員會晉發改審批發〔2019〕228號文件批準，項目資金來源為企業自籌， 本項目已具備招標條件，現進行公開招標 。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>項目規模：本項目位于太原市小店區北格鎮辛村，占地面積約77358.8m²，主要建設內容包括：鋪裝瀝青路面、嵌草磚車位、路邊透水磚人行道、路緣石、場區回填及圍墻工程。具體內容以工程量清單為準。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>1. 本次招標要求投標人須具備建設行政主管部門核發的市政公用工程施工總承包貳級及以上資質，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的施工能力；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.投標人擬派項目經理須具備市政公用工程專業二級及以上注冊建造師資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在施建設工程項目的項目經理；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>3. 具有投資參股的關聯企業，或具有直接管理和被管理關系的母子公司，或法定代表人為同一人的兩個及兩個以上單位不得同時參加該項目投標；
