normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.1項目規模：本項目劃分為1個標段；泊水村設計的主要內容包括;改造路線共計全長2.315公里，其中泊水村道路主線長1.205公里，主要支線0.51公里，硬化田間道路0.6公里；主要建設內容有道路路基、路面工程及村容村貌整治墻面改造等其它零星工程；其中排水工程1591米；給水工程604米；鋪筑瀝青路面10961.8平米，硬化水泥混凝土路面、散水9080平米。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>徐家溝村設計的主要內容包括：改造路線共計全長2.69公里，其中徐家溝至泊水村農村公路路線全長2.09公里，硬化田間道路0.6公里；主要建設內容有道路路基、路面工程及村容村貌整治及其它零星工程，邊坡防護長440米，路基邊坡防護M10漿砌片石5804立方米，排水工程；硬化18cm厚水泥混凝土路面2100平米，瀝青路面10694.28平米，水泥混凝土基層4094.16平米。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>   3.3投標人擬派項目經理須為本單位在職注冊的市政公用工程專業貳級（含）及以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書（B證），項目經理具有中級（含）及以上職稱，且未在任何在施工程項目的項目經理。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>   3.4單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關系的不同單位，不得同時參加本次招標項目的投標，否則投標無效。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>   3.5投標人未列入全國建筑市場監管公共服務平臺或者本省建筑市場監管公共服務平臺建筑市場主體黑名單，未列入“國家企業信用信息公示系統”嚴重違法失信企業名單；未列入“信用中國”網站失信被執行人名單；投標人、法定代表人及項目經理在“中國裁判文書網”（ ）中無行賄犯罪案件；
