normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>項目規模：本項目北起大井峪街，南至規劃次干路，西起規劃支路，東至西中環快速路，建設內容包括：紫景天城二期建筑面積約20萬平方米，共7棟住宅樓，小區內綠化面積約17598.33㎡，包含綠化范圍內的微地形、花卉、苗木的移植和養活及配套工程。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>1.投標人須具有中華人民共和國境內注冊的獨立法人資格，且沒有處于被責令停業、財產被接管、凍結、破產情況；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>2.投標人須具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度；具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障金的良好記錄；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.法定代表人或負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關系的不同單位不得同時參加本項目的投標；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>4.投標人須具備有效的營業執照且經營范圍應包含園林綠化，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的施工能力，其中，投標人擬派
