2. 項目概況與采購范圍
2.1 項目概況：重慶璧山天然氣 2024年職工體檢采購。
2.2 采購范圍：重慶璧山天然氣 2024年職工體檢項目，包括不限于體檢各項目選擇、營養早餐、導醫服務、VIP接待安排、體檢報告出具（含電子報告和紙質報告）等與體檢相關的服務事項，具體內容詳見第六卷 采購需求及附件。
2.3 服務期限：合同生效之日起12個月。
3. 供應商資格要求
3.1本次實行資格后審，供應商須滿足下列資格要求：
3.1.1為中華人民共和國境內合法注冊的獨立法人或其他組織，具有獨立承擔民事責任的能力，具有獨立訂立合同的權利，具有有效的營業執照或事業單位法人證書；
3.1.2具備衛生行政部門頒發的醫療機構執業許可證；
3.1.3供應商其他要求詳見詢價文件第二卷供應商須知前附表中“供應商資格要求”內容。
3.2 本次采購不接受聯合體詢價。
