And the name of the certificates shall be the same with the manufacture of References and the manufacture of the bidding Goods. 投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品國(guó)內(nèi)制造商應(yīng)在投標(biāo)時(shí)提供TS 證書(shū)(特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證)和覆蓋投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品范圍【閥門(mén)類型（球閥）、溫度 (-196℃)、口徑及磅級(jí)】的 TSX 證書(shū)(特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書(shū))。投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品國(guó)外制造商應(yīng)和國(guó)內(nèi)制造商同樣提供上述證明文件，如投標(biāo)人在投標(biāo)時(shí)無(wú)法提供國(guó)外制造商的TS證書(shū)，需在投標(biāo)時(shí)提供書(shū)面承諾函，承諾內(nèi)容為: 供貨前提供閥門(mén)原產(chǎn)地證明和 2024 年 5月 31 前提供 TS 證書(shū) (特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證)，承諾函格式詳見(jiàn)附件17。Domestic manufacturers of bidding products should provide a TS certificate (Special Equipment Production License) and a TSX certificate (Special Equipment Type Test Certificate) covering the scope of the bidding product [valve type(ball valve), temperature (-196 ℃), diameter, and scale] when bidding. The commitment content is to provide the certificate of origin of the valve before supply and the TS certificate (special equipment production license) before May 31, 2024. The bidding product manufacturer shall have a fire prevention certificate issued by an international or domestic certification agency covering the scope of the bidding product [valve type (ball valve), caliber and pound class], which is API607 or API6FA or ISO10497 or BS EN 12266 or equivalent standards, and shall attach corresponding test reports. The valves must have a reliable external seal performance and should meet at least the requirements of ISO 15848-1.
