normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>2.法定代表人參加投標的必須有法定代表人身份證，法人授權委托人參加投標的必須有法人授權委托書及被授權委托人身份證；

5. 具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄：提供相關證明材料或自行承諾；

六、其他補充事宜

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.投標保證金交納：供應商必須在2021年 12月 2 日9︰00前從其基本賬戶向畢節市 交納人民幣捌拾萬元整（￥80萬元 ），且確保在2021年12 月2 日9:00前到賬并檢查綁定成功。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'> 2.投標保證金交納方式：銀行轉賬、銀行保函、保證保險。（采用銀行轉賬的，投標保證金必須從公司賬戶一次性匯入采購人指定賬戶，且確保在截止時間前到賬并檢查綁定成功否則，責任由投標人自行承擔（以到賬時間為準，由于跨行轉賬需一定時間，為確保保證金按時到賬，請盡早交納保證金），采用銀行保函或保證保險等非現金方式提交的，銀行保函或保證保險可通過貴州省 綜合金融服務平臺辦理，其彩色掃描件應附在投標文件內）；
