Normal style='margin-left:.5pt;text-indent:20.4pt;line-height:150%'>媽灣電廠升級改造煤電環保替代項目計劃拆除原4臺300MW等級燃煤發電機組，新建3臺660MW級超超臨界燃煤機組。本工程為媽灣電廠升級改造煤電環保替代一期工程，新建2臺660MW級超超臨界二次再熱機組，并預留1臺660MW級超超臨界二次再熱機組。

Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>本項目的招標范圍為：媽灣電廠升級改造煤電環保替代一期項目2×660MW燃煤機組引風機的供貨和伴隨服務，包括但不限于：引風機及其附屬設備和附件，同時也包括所有必要的材料、備品備件、消耗品和專用工具以及設計、技術資料和技術服務等。具體內容詳見招標文件第八章技術規范書的有關規定并以其為準。投標人必須對所有招標內容進行投標，不允許只對部分內容投標。如有重大缺漏，將導致廢標。

Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>1)本次投標采用深圳能源集團電子招標投標平臺（以下簡稱″深能招標平臺”）電子投標（簡稱″線上”）方式。投標人須同時制作一份紙質版投標文件并在開標當日通過郵寄方式寄送至招標人處存檔備查（開標當日寄出，紙質文件與電子平臺版本如有矛盾的，以上傳電子招標投標平臺的電子版本為準）。如果本次開標方式為兩階段開標，開標當日只寄第一階段投標文件，即不含報價部分；進入第二階段的投標人，三日內寄出第二階段投標文件，即報價部分；如提前寄出報價文件，概不退回 ），開標當日應向招標人及招標代理以短信或郵件方式提供快遞單號。
