Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>1）平臺注冊、CA辦理：投標人在購買招標文件前須在深圳能源集團電子招標投標平臺完成注冊登記并審核通過，投標人要為注冊登記預留足夠的時間，由于投標人自身原因，截至招標文件發售時間尚未完成注冊登記審核，造成無法及時進行標書購買，后果由投標人自行承擔。投標人須在下載招標文件前完成數字證書（CA）的辦理，綁定CA后方可下載招標文件。投標人要為辦理CA預留足夠的時間，由于投標人自身原因造成無法投標的，由投標人承擔責任。

Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>5）投標文件制作：投標文件應嚴格按照招標文件要求進行編制，文件大小應不超過500M。投標文件不支持PDF直接上傳。法定代表人證明書、法定代表人授權書必須加蓋投標人實體公章（法定代表人授權書需由法定代表人簽字），投標人須將此文件掃描后放入WORD中進行上傳，其他文件如無特殊要求可加蓋本平臺CA電子章。
