Normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>龍巖新東陽環保凈化有限公司位于龍巖市新羅區鐵山鎮林邦村洋坑，公司主要采用先進的垃圾焚燒技術，對城市生活垃圾進行減量化、資源化和無害化處理的環保工程。龍巖新東陽環保凈化有限公司2025年10月-2026年9月年度日常保潔、門衛、食堂、全廠綠化養護及綠植租賃服務服務期為一年，即自2025年10月01日起至2026年9月30日止，具體內容詳見技術規范書。

Normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本項目招標范圍包括但不限于龍巖垃圾發電廠室外道路、廁所、門崗、室外公共場所、室內參觀通道、室內普通通道、平臺、樓道、室內功能性房間（集控室、辦公室、運行休息室、會議室、工會活動室、檢修休息室等）、綠地等廠內區域的環境衛生質量和管理要求。門崗及食堂服務。全廠綠化養護及綠植租賃。具體內容詳見技術規范書。

Normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.2 投標人自2015年01月01日至本項目投標截止時間，須具有至少一個保潔服務的業績，單個業績合同金額不少于人民幣80萬元；【證明文件：提供業績合同復印件，證明文件中須體現保潔服務內容、合同簽訂時間、簽字頁等內容】；

Normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.4 投標人具有清潔（保潔）服務資質或物業管理相關服務資質；【證明文件：提供營業執照或國家企業信用信息公示系統截圖（經營范圍包含保潔（清潔）服務或物業管理）或服務資質證書（由環衛行業協會或建筑物清潔委員會或清潔行業協會及其他具有保潔資質審核資格單位/協會頒發的清潔（保潔）服務資質證書】；
Normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.5投標人應具有良好的銀行資信和商業信譽，沒有處于被責令停業或破產狀態，且資產未被重組、接管和凍結，在近3年內沒有發生過重大質量事故，以及在近5年內不曾在任何合同中違約或被逐或因報價人的原因而使任何合同被解除；【證明文件：提供資信承諾函（詳見格式1-9 資信承諾函）,加蓋投標人公章】；
