Normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>福田項目主要負責福田轄區園嶺街道、沙頭街道、梅林街道、華富街道、香蜜湖街道、蓮花街道、華強北街道、福保街道，8個街道范圍內46座垃圾轉運站和 31 座公廁管理服務，及覆蓋范圍內的垃圾清運服務。

Normal style='text-indent:12.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.2 投標人須保證出租的場地合法且無爭議性，投標人為產權人或已取得產權人的充分授權；【證明文件：如投標人為原始產權人，須提供場地所有權證明文件；若投標人非原始產權人，須提供原始產權人到投標人的完整授權委托書、委托經營合同或轉租合同等證明文件，證明文件需覆蓋本項目周期。】；

Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>5）投標文件制作：投標文件應嚴格按照招標文件要求進行編制，文件大小應不超過500M。投標文件不支持PDF直接上傳。法定代表人證明書、法定代表人授權書必須加蓋投標人實體公章（法定代表人授權書需由法定代表人簽字），投標人須將此文件掃描后放入WORD中進行上傳，其他文件如無特殊要求可加蓋本平臺CA電子章。
