Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招標項目怡心湖C區配套提升工程施工 / 標段已由成都市雙流區發展和改革局以川投資備【2406-510122-04-01-665685】第FGQB-0331號批準建設，項目業主為成都空港產業興城投資發展有限公司，建設資金來自國家投資-非政府投資，項目出資比例為100%，招標人為成都空港產業興城投資發展有限公司。項目已具備招標條件，現進行公開招標。

Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1 本次招標要求投標人：
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.1須具有 園林綠化的施工能力、國家建設行政主管部門頒發的建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質；
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.2信譽要求：不存在投標人須知第1.4.3項規定的限制投標的情形；

Normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt; line-height:150%'>3.1.4所有投標人（無資質企業除外）應具有針對本標段的《成都市建設領域市場主體基礎信息網絡登記表》（如投標人為聯合體，則聯合體所有成員均應具有）、《成都市建設領域從業人員基礎信息網絡登記表》（如投標人為聯合體，則聯合體所有成員均應具有）。

Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'> 擬派園林綠化工程項目經理（項目負責人）具有市政公用工程專業一級注冊建造師，/(業績要求)，須為本單位人員（若為聯合體投標，須為聯合體牽頭人人員）。

Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.7類似工程業績要求：無；
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.2本次招標接受聯合體投標。
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>聯合體投標的，應滿足下列要求：須具有園林綠化的施工能力的單位作為聯合體牽頭人。聯合體成員（含聯合體牽頭人）家數須不超過2家。
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>聯合體需符合有關聯合體投標的規定和要求，并提交了聯合體協議，明確聯合體牽頭人和各方權利義務。
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.3 各投標人均可就上述1個標段投標，可中標的標段數量為1個。

Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.1凡有意參加投標者，請于2024年11月30日起，在成都市公共資源電子交易云平臺(www.cdggzy.com）（以下簡稱“電子交易云平臺”）免費下載招標資料（招標文件及相關資料），獲得“擬投標項目回執”。

Normal style='line-height:150%'>5．投標文件的遞交
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.1 投標文件遞交的截止時間（投標截止時間，下同）為2024年12月23日09時30分，招標人或其委托代理機構，以及已在投標截止時間前按規定上傳投標文件的投標人，均應在開標當日投標截止時間前登錄不見面開標系統（網址：www.cdggzy.com），錄入相關人員姓名、電話等基本信息。投標人未按時登錄不見面開標系統，錯過開標解密時間的，由投標人自行承擔不利后果。
Normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.2 投標人應在解密開始后30分鐘內在線完成投標文件解密。投標文件未能在規定時間內成功解密的，視為投標人未在規定時間內提交投標文件，由投標人自行承擔責任。不見面開標項目不接受投標人現場遞交光盤等形式的投標文件，不接受投標人現場解密投標文件。
