2014 年1 月1 日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少2個(gè)合同聚丙烯裝置催化劑制備和處理系統(tǒng)（每個(gè)合同須均含預(yù)接觸罐及攪拌器、汽蒸器（罐）及攪拌器、汽蒸旋風(fēng)活化器）的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，且均滿(mǎn)足汽蒸器（罐）材質(zhì)為雙相鋼、容積不低于40m3、攪拌器軸長(zhǎng)不小于8m，同時(shí)預(yù)接觸罐滿(mǎn)足容積不低于0.005m3及攪拌器設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到400rpm的技術(shù)要求。
From January 1, 2014？to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the products supplied？by the bidder shall have？at least 2 complete supply contracts？performance？of Catalyst Preparation and Handling System (each？contract？including Precontacting Pot and Agitator，Steamer and Agitator and Steamer cyclone activator) for？PP Plant, and meet the technical requirement？that 1) the material of Streamer shall be dual phase steel with a volume of not less than 40m3and the agitator’s shaft length no less than 8m; & 2) Pre-contacting Pot’s volume no less than 0.005m3and？agitator？design speed？not？less？than？400rpm.
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷(xiāo)售合同復(fù)印件和2）到貨驗(yàn)收材料。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、制造商名稱(chēng)、裝置名稱(chēng)、貨物名稱(chēng)、供貨范圍（包含預(yù)接觸罐及攪拌器、汽蒸器（罐）及攪拌器、汽蒸旋風(fēng)活化器）、汽蒸器（罐）的材質(zhì)和容積、汽蒸器（罐）攪拌器軸長(zhǎng)、預(yù)接觸罐容積及攪拌器設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)速及到貨驗(yàn)收材料。
