'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;line-height: 32px\">項目概況：在一商場一層北面墻修建寬2米的避難逃生專用通道，墻體0.20米，修建墻體面積約為175平方米,雙面抹灰掛網,雙面刮瓷粉，安裝兩道防火門；拆除原有的木地板與防火門并將防火門移位進行重新安裝等，做好商場內商品維護。

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 43px;line-height: 32px\">2.財務狀況良好，具有良好的銀行資信和商業信譽。

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 43px;line-height: 32px\">3.無違法、違紀、違約的不良記錄和失信記錄（在國家企業信用信息公示系統（http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/）中未被列入嚴重違法失信企業名單（提供查詢結果網頁截圖）；在“信用中國”網站（https://www.creditchina.gov.cn/）中未被列入失信被執行人名單（提供查詢結果網頁截圖）；投標人及其法定代表人在近五年內沒有行賄犯罪行為的，行賄犯罪行為的認定以中國裁判文書網上（http://wenshu.court.gov.cn/）中查詢結果為準（提供查詢結果網頁截圖））。

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 43px;line-height: 32px\">1.本項目投標單位的資格條件在談判時進行審查，投標單位在談判投標文件中按邀請函的要求附上所有的資格證明文件，要求提供的復印件必須加蓋單位公章，并在必要時提供原件備查。若提供的資格證明文件不全或不實，將導致其談判或成交資格被取消。

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 43px;line-height: 32px\">1.被邀請參加本次采購的投標人必須具備足夠資產及能力來有效地履行合同的服務單位，不接受聯合體投標。

'Times New Roman';font-size: 14px;white-space: normal;text-indent: 43px;line-height: 32px\">3、在現場踏勘過程中，參與踏勘的投標單位若發生安全事故、財產和其他損失，由投標單位自行負責。
