項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目的設計進行公開招標。
1.2本招標項目由 犍為縣發展改革局 （核準機關名稱）核準（招標事項核準文號為 川投資備[2404-511123-04-01-423549]FGQB-0066號 ）的招標組織形式為 委托招標 。
招標人選擇的招標代理機構是 四川祥聚三江工程項目管理 。
2. 項目概況與招標范圍 2.1 建設
（1）分質飲水工程:項目擬建設126座分質供水凈水站，配套分質供水管網910km、分質供水設施設備及應急供水車;建設分質供水運維中心3000m2(其中新建700m2，改造提升 2300m2);新建灌裝水車間1000m2，改造罐裝水車間1400m2;(2)供水管網改造提升工程:本項目擬改造提升供水管網8km，其中DN300鋼管 3km、DN500鋼管 2km、DN600 鋼管 3km。
2.3 招標范圍：初步設計、初步設計概算編制及后續服務等。

3. 投標人資格要求 3.1本次招標要求投標人須具備 3.1.1資質要求： 具有國家建設行政主管部門頒發的工程設計市政行業乙級或以上設計資質 。
3.1.2業績要求： ? 近年（ 2021年01月01日 至投標截止時間，不少于3年） 已完成或新承接或正在設計 不少于 1 （1 至3個）個類似項目。
類似項目是指: 市政類設計或初步設計業績 。
3.1.3 3.2本次招標 不接受 聯合體投標。
4. 技術成果經濟補償 本次招標對未中標人投標文件中的技術成果 不給予 經濟補償。
