項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目的勘察設計進行公開招標。
2. 項目概況與招標范圍 2.1 工程概況： 該道路路線起于平昌縣白衣古鎮游客中心，與 S101平交相接，利用既有道路約2.23 千米至景區大門附近，而后沿巴河左岸順老路布線，基本利用既有道路改擴建，途經魚灘村、黃梅村(與達州交界)、元盤村，路線止于元石鎮境內(X038與Y008相交處)，順接既有道路，路線全長16.935千米。
采用設計速度 30千米/小時，路基寬度7.5 米的三級公路雙車道標準建設，路面結構為瀝青混凝土路面 ； 2.2 招標范圍及服務期限： 2.2.1 招標范圍： 本項目的勘察設計（勘察設計階段完成的工作為： 初勘、初測、初步設計及概算） ； 2.2.2 招標內容 本項目的勘察設計（勘察設計階段完成的工作為： 初勘、初測、初步設計及概算） ； 2.2.3 標段劃分： 勘察設計一個標段 。
2.2.4 服務期限： 12個月 。
3. 投標人資格要求 3.1 投標人資格條件： 詳見投標人須知前附表附錄資格審查條件。
