項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目的設計進行公開招標。
1.2本招標項目由 井研縣發展和改革局 （核準機關名稱）核準（招標事項核準文號為 井發改審〔2022】100號 ）的招標組織形式為 委托招標 。
招標人選擇的招標代理機構是 四川鵬瑞遠陽工程項目管理 。
2. 項目概況與招標范圍 2.1 建設地點:樂山市井研縣。
2.2建設規模:新建雨污管網約30公里，城南新區新建截污干管約8.5公里，含附屬設施及泵站（含雨污分流改造，雨污水混接錯接改造） 2.3服務期限:45日歷天 2.4招標范圍:本項目方案設計、初步設計(含編制工程設計概算)、施工圖預算編制、施工圖設計及后期的配合、服務。
2.5標段劃分:設計1個標段。
2.6質量要求:符合現行國家規范、標準、規程、條例等的相關要求。
2.7本項目投資估算金額：6478.2萬元 （說明本次招標項目的建設地點、規模及投資額、設計服務期限、招標范圍、標段劃分及標段投資額等）。
3. 投標人資格要求 3.1本次招標要求投標人須具備 3.1.1資質要求： 須具有獨立法人資格（獨立企業法人或事業單位法人）， 具備建設行政主管部門頒發市政行業（排水工程）設計專業乙級及以上資質。
省外企業須提供在有效期內取得帶二維碼的《四川省省外建筑企業入川信息電子登記表》或《四川省入川從事勘察設計活動驗證登記證》或帶二維碼的《四川省省外勘察、設計企業入川承攬業務信息錄入證》 。
3.1.2業績要求： ? 近年（ 2021年01月01日 至投標截止時間，不少于3年） 已完成或新承接或正在設計 不少于 1 （1 至3個）個類似項目。
類似項目是指: 總投資額不低于6000萬元的市政工程設計業績 。
3.1.3 3.2本次招標 不接受 聯合體投標。
4. 技術成果經濟補償 本次招標對未中標人投標文件中的技術成果 不給予 經濟補償。
