3.3 業績要求 近3年（2021年1月1日至投標截止時間)已完成的總投資不低于3000萬元的水利類施工監理業績，業績須提供中標通知書或合同協議書、已完工項目須提供完工證明材料，業績認定時間以竣工時間為準。
