項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目的勘察設計進行公開招標。
1.2本招標項目為四川省行政區域內的政府投資工程建設項目，涼山彝族自治州發展和改革委員會（核準機關名稱）核準（招標事項核準文號為涼發改區域【2023】488號）的招標組織形式為委托招標。
招標人選擇的招標代理機構是鑫標點工程管理 。
項目概況與招標范圍 2.1建設
2.2建設規模：擬對蕎窩鎮蕎窩社區三道溝泥石流、夾鐵鎮都爾村3組學校后山滑坡等17處地質災害點進行工程治理。
2.3招標范圍：本項目的勘察、設計（初步設計、施工圖設計、清單編制等）及后續相關服務。
2.4標段劃分：本項目的勘察設計標段2.5勘查設計服務期限：25日歷天2.6質量要求：符合國家現行有關勘察設計規范驗收合格標準；2.7其 他：/ 。
3. 投標人資格要求3.1本次招標要求投標人須具備3.1.1資質要求： 具有行政主管部門頒發的地質災害治理工程勘查乙級及以上和設計乙級及以上資質 。
3.1.2業績要求： 勘查設計業績要求：近 3 年（限定在3年以上）已完成不少于 1 （0 至3個）個類似項目。
類似項目是指: 2020年1月1日（以合同簽訂時間為準）以來承接并完工的地質災害治理工程勘察或設計 。
3.1.3 3.2本次招標接受（接受或不接受）聯合體投標。
聯合體投標的，應滿足下列要求：（1）聯合體所有成員數量不得超過2家；（2）牽頭單位須具備地質災害治理工程設計乙級及以上資質； （3）聯合體各方應按規定簽訂聯合體協議書，并明確聯合體牽頭人以及各方的責任和權利義務；（4）聯合體牽頭人負責本項目投標報名、交納保證金和本次投標活動和合同的全面實施；（5）聯合體各成員單位不得再以本單位的名義單獨或與其他單位組成聯合體參加本項目的投標。
3.3各投標人均可就上述 1 個標段投標，可中標的標段數量為 1 個。
