招標人選擇的招標代理機構是 四川省富盛工程項目管理 。

2.4 建設規模： 工程起于通江縣城南村罐子潭(規劃罐子潭閘壩軸線下游 100 米處),止于朱家灣大橋右岸上游基巖河岸。
新建護岸堤防長度1771 米，同時遷改整治堤防沿線污水管道長度 1890 米，布置市政雨水排水設施 5 處，下河梯步 1 處 。
2.5 計劃工期： 270 日歷天 。
2.6 招標范圍： 本項目建設的全部內容的施工監理工作（含平行檢測） 。
2.7 標段劃分： 監理一個標段 。
3.投標人資格要求 3.1 本次招標投標人須具有獨立法人資格（獨立企業法人或事業單位法人）。
3.2 資質要求： 具有國家水利行政主管部門頒發的水利工程施工監理乙級及以上資質 。
