normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>    本 中陽縣縣鄉(xiāng)公路路面改造工程勘察設(shè)計 （招標項目編號：I1401000278000542001），已由中陽縣行政審批服務(wù)管理局以中審管發(fā)【2022】1號批準，項目資金來源為 除爭取上級資金外，剩余部分由中陽縣財政資金解決  ， 本項目已具備招標條件，現(xiàn)進行 公開招標。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>項目規(guī)模：該項目在原有道路的基礎(chǔ)上進行路面改造，路線全長87.093km。其中X459前岔溝至沙塘（前岔溝至上垣萬畝核桃林）段起點（K0+000）位于前岔溝村，與前岔溝至河底村路段起點相接，終點（K28+153）位于沙塘村，接中陽縣與石樓縣縣界處，全長28.153Km;X460中陽至岳家山（城區(qū)宋家溝至神圪瘩、上垣萬畝核桃林至神圪瘩旅游景區(qū)）段起點（K0+000）位于中陽縣，終點（K58+940）位于岳家山，接萬辛線K48+100處，全長58.94Km。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括路基、路面工程、排水工程、路基防護與加固工程、橋涵工程、隧道工程、交叉工程、安全設(shè)施工程等。全線共有橋梁13座，其中利用舊橋12座，拆除重建1座；利用隧道1.23km/2座，涵洞共有213道，其中新改建涵洞28道，利用185道。

normal align=left style='margin-left:23.95pt;text-align:left;line-height:150%'>2.投標人須同時具備建設(shè)主管部門頒發(fā)的工程勘察專業(yè)類（工程測量）乙級及以上資質(zhì)和公路行業(yè)（公路）專業(yè)設(shè)計乙級及以上資質(zhì)。近五年（2017年2月1日至投標截止日期前）至少獨立完成過 1 項公路工程勘察設(shè)計業(yè)績；擬任

normal align=left style='margin-left:23.95pt;text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.凡被交通運輸部或山西省交通運輸廳取消或暫停投標資格或被山西省交通運輸廳最新信用評價為 D 級的企業(yè)，在處罰期內(nèi)無資格參與本項目的投標；

normal align=left style='margin-left:23.95pt;text-align:left;line-height:150%'>4.與招標人存在利害關(guān)系可能影響招標公正性的單位，不得參加投標。投標人具有下列情況之一的，不得參與本項目的投標，否則相關(guān)投標均無效。
