A.如果投標人為境內注冊公司，需提供有效的營業執照（具備獨立法人資格）、一般納稅人證明/稅務登記證、組織機構代碼證復印件，并加蓋公章（以上所有證明文件在年審有效期內）；
如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；
If the Bidder is domestic registered company, photocopies with Bidder’s official seal of valid business license(with independent legal person qualification), general taxpayer prove/tax registration certificate, organization code certificate shall be provided(all documents within the validity period);If the bidder is an overseas registered company, it shall provide valid company registration certificate
B．制造商通過ISO9001質量體系認證，并提供有效的質量體系認證證書；
The manufacturer of the Bid Goods shall pass ISO9001 Certification咨詢電話18811547188, and the Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management System Certification.
C．如果投標人為代理商，投標人應得到所投貨物制造商同意其為本次投標提供該貨物的合法正式授權書。
If the bidder is an agent, the Bidder shall be duly authorized by the goods’ Manufacturer to supply the goods in this bid.
（2）業績要求：
Requirement for Bidder'sreference:
制造商提供的二氧化硫風機應具有：至投標截止日前在SAR裝置至少兩套機組積累了兩年的成功運行經驗，這兩套運行的機組流量應大于74000Nm3/h(0.1013MPa.A＆0℃干基)、升壓大于66000PaG。
The Bidder ’s manufactory shall hA/Ve at least two sets of SAR units with A flow rate of more than 74000Nm3/h(0.1013mpa.A&0℃ dry base) and A boost pressure of more than 66000PaG hA/Ve accumulated two years of successful operation experience until the tender closing date.
投標人須按規定格式提交業績表，并提交相關業績證明文件。業績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復印件（含相關技術附件），和2)用戶簽字確認其真實性的的證明文件。
The Bidder shall submit the Reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence, which include at least one of any followed : 1) copies of sales contract(including technical appendix); and 2) A certificate notice signed by End user to Verify its authenticity。
投標人所提交的業績證明文件必須至少體現以下內容：貨物名稱、供貨數量、使用環境、機組流量大于74000Nm3/h(0.1013MPa.A＆0℃干基)、升壓大于66000PaG技術要求。用戶簽字的證明文件必須至少體現已成功運行時間。中國國內的用戶需在簽字同時提供公司的蓋章。

The interested Bidders may obtain the bidding document by following method: Please login at CNOOC Procurement Operation System on the page of Invitation for bid for purchasing Bidding document from Oct.16, 2020 to Oct.23.,2020. For the first time of login, a registration (free of charge) is needed and only after successful registration, Bidder can purchase Bidding documents online. The whole purchasing process must be operated online and offline payment will not be accepted. After successful payment of RMB 2000.00 or USD 350.00 for each copy of Bidding documents which is non-refundable, Bidder may download the Bidding documents. Bidder fails to purchase Bidding documents online is not eligible to bid.
