normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >烏東德水電站位于云南省昆明市祿勸縣和四川省會東縣境內。烏東德水電站開發任務以發電為主，兼顧防洪，電站建成后可發展庫區航運。水庫總庫容74.08億m3，電站裝機容量10200MW。本工程為一等大（1）型工程，大壩、泄水建筑物、引水發電建筑物等主要永久性水工建筑物為1級建筑物，結構安全級別為Ⅰ級。烏東德左、右岸水電站均為引水式地下廠房，左、右岸電站內各裝有6臺單機功率為850MW混流式水輪發電機組。首批機組計劃于2020年投產發電。
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >根據中國長江三峽集團 對三峽-金沙江下游梯級電站運行管理的整體規劃設計，三峽-金沙江下游梯級電站實行“水庫統一調度，電力分區控制”的管控模式，在原有三峽梯調中心的基礎上新增成都調控中心和昆明調控中心兩個分支機構，其中成都調控中心主要負責溪洛渡和向家壩電站的集中調控；昆明調控中心擬對烏東德和白鶴灘水電站進行集中調控。目前三峽梯調中心、成都調控中心已建設完成。昆明調控中心隨著烏東德、白鶴灘水電站的建設正在同步進行建設中。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >工作內容包括本招標文件規定的昆明調控安全穩定控制系統主站采購合同設備和烏東德電站合同設備的設計、制造、提供圖紙資料、檢驗、工廠試驗、供貨、現場安裝（包括合同設備現場卸貨、搬運、安裝就位、線纜敷設與接線，提供與昆明調控自動化機房內所有外接設備間的連接電纜等）、調試、試運行等、現場試驗、培訓(包括在賣方工廠的培訓及現場培訓)等。買方已為本系統采購一面屏柜，機柜尺寸為800（寬）X1000（深）X2000（高），本系統的服務器、工作站及網絡交換機均安裝在該屏柜內，買方已完成該屏柜的現場的安裝就位；買方已將外部電源、外部電纜及KVM線纜引至柜內，并完成柜內PDU、數配架及KVM端子的安裝，賣方僅需負責柜內設備的安裝及與柜內PDU、數配架及KVM端子的連接。
